Join Hasan and Arai as they present strategies to properly structure, manage and finance online programs in order to attract a more diverse group of students, generate significant revenue and enhance your institutional brand. Scale and Sustain Your Online Programs Without Sacrificing Quality will recognize the three primary goals of an online program model: identifying resource requirements, supporting decision-making for launching new online programs, and providing initial budget and resource plans for program launch. The session will outline key considerations for achieving those goals by discussing common pitfalls, industry best practices and proven models of success.
“Creating opportunities for people who value education – regardless of their location, age or circumstances – has great meaning for me. It is important that when an institution implements a distance learning program, it does so correctly – not just for its own bottom line but for the students depending on that program. The ability to scale and sustain quality online education is paramount.” said Hasan.
